Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are final.

Refunds will only be considered in the event of a cancellation initiated by Ganyani Entertainment. In such cases, ticket holders will be informed of refund or rescheduling options.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Failure to attend an event

• Late arrival

• Change of personal circumstances

Where events are postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date unless stated otherwise.
